Terms of Use

By using Remio you agree to these terms.

1. The service. Remio stores the documents, subscriptions and warranties you enter and reminds you before they expire or renew. Reminders are best effort: keep your own copy of anything important and check dates yourself. We are not liable for missed deadlines, fees or losses resulting from a late, missing or incorrect reminder or from information read by the AI scan.
2. Your account. You need to be at least 16 and give a working email address. Keep your password and device safe; everything done through your account is your responsibility.
3. Your content. You keep all rights to what you upload. You grant us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, including sending scanned documents to our AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not upload content you have no right to store.
4. Premium. Paid plans are billed by Apple or Google under their terms, including free trials, renewals, cancellation and refunds. Prices are shown before you subscribe. Downgrading never deletes your data.
5. Acceptable use. No attempts to break, overload or reverse engineer the service, and no use for anyone else's data without their permission.
6. Changes and termination. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice. You can delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
