Delete your Remio account

You can delete your Remio account and all of its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open Remio and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password (or sign in again with Apple / Google).

Your account is locked straight away: you are signed out on every device and reminders stop.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@remio.app from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We confirm the request by replying to that address and complete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: email, name, password, sign-in identities, devices and push tokens.
• Everything you added: items, reminders, notes, and every photo and file you attached.
• Scan results, notification history and usage records linked to you.

Everything is permanently deleted 30 days after the request; until then the account is locked and nobody can use it. Encrypted backups age out within the same 30 days.

An active subscription is billed by Google Play or the App Store, not by us: cancel it there so you are not charged again.
